So how do I put this, my tanning did not work as expected so my Mom and Dad transfered me to a different hospital that is better able to handle my condition if it gets out of hand.<\/p>\n
So what is it that I have? A high Bilirubin count. The main cause of this condition is that I have B+ blood and my Mom has O+. So when I was in her belly, some of my blood leaked into her system and she developed an antibody to fight it off. Of course this antibody went in to me as I get most everything mommy has. The antibodies are breaking down the blood and my liver is not yet ready to remove Bili. Once my liver gets working which takes a couple of days to start up, it should be able to remove most off the bilirubins. (Daddy says I will need my liver for other things – something about Madison and MGD) Until then, it is under the lights as they also help break down these nasty little Bilies.<\/p>\n
